Fog Light Wiring?
No model of Traverse has Fog Lights. it has a fuse for fog lights. I want to install them on new car. I think they will fit in front slots below grill, without major work on plastic grill. If anyone has better idea, please post. Since there is a designated fuse slot for fog lights, by chance is there any wiring built in the harness to use. I think fog lights are available on higher priced Buick version. Any/all help and advise appreciated.

the slot is there because the Traverse shares parts with the Acadia,Enclave.
Even if the wiring was there- youd most likely have to get it programmed.
as the fog lamps switch (on the other lambdas) simply sends a signal to the computer-- that then sends a nother signal to relays to power up the lamps..
its not as simple as an on/off switch.
Youre better off running your own switch- and relay connected to the battery.
(and possibly tapping into a circuit that is on with ignition)
