Luggage Rack Rails -- How to adjust?
Anyone know how to adjust the rails on the Traverse? Every other car I've had, it's been pretty straightforward, but I can't find a lever or way to move the cross rails. The ones I have were installed at the Chevy dealer when I bought the Traverse.
BTW - I love the Traverse!

sorry I dont know the answer.
Ive ordered a 2010.- and requested the roof cross rails.
and I told my salesman- not to install the cross rails.
I only want them on when I plan to use them...
This raises another question... are they hard to put on-- off?

Chevy Traverse Forum: How to add the Roof Rail crossbars.
Answer on the website privided above.......
SHORT ANSWER!
Need torx screwdriver with the hole in it provided by dealer.
Regular torx screwdriver will not work- you need the special key that’s provided with the set.
****Note it has an open center. If the dealer installed your crossbars- make sure you got the tool….You need the tool to be able to remove and move the crossbars front/back.
Awesome Dealership ket the tool....Now i gotta go back to them ---- GENIUS!
