Default P135b code

My 2012 Traverse started to throw a CEL and my code reader says P135b code. Unknown Diagnostic trouble Code...Closest Google found me was "P0135 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 1 ,O2 Sensor".....is this same thing? The way i read my Warranty info is this part of the Emmitions System. is this correct? I was lucky to find this car used last year it only had 15,000 miles on it. Well we put another 15K on it as well. So it is a 2012 Traverse LS with 30K miles. I realize the bumper to Bumper part is gone. But I will say as I clear the code it runs about 2-3 minutes then throws the code and the engine runs rough. Any ideas Folks?

Just wondering should I take it to the dealer or to my shop?

have the codes read with a better scan tool. This way you can know for sure what dtc is setting and what action to take.

Default P135b

2017 Traverse started throwing this code last week intermittently. Had the shop check it out and they tested for any misfires. nothing. They think it is a faulty computer system that will cost approx. $800 and about four days to repair due to the reprogramming. On a side note my wife notices that while on cruise control on the highway today there was a shudder and then the check engine light turned on. Could this be related?
