Default Recall problem

I'm the proud (?) owner of a 2014 Traverse LTE. Today I received recall notice 14187 for the seat belt cable. Last week I took the vehicle back to the selling dealer for it's first oil change. (Two years free oil changes & tire rotation included in the purchase price) 7321 miles on the odometer. At that service the dealer told me they were going to preform the recall service. I had not received the notice at that time. For the "free oil change & tire rotation, & recall service they tried to charge me a little over $58. When I questioned the charges they were pretty rude, but claimed it was "human error". No apology, just "human error".

Today's recall notice shows the recall procedure. It shows the "safety belt sleeve". Part of the trim on the LTE package. After the dealer service I may have the new safety belt cable, but they have broken off the "safety belt sleeve". I now have a vehicle priced at $43,240.00 with part of the interior trim removed. Anyone know if this is standard GM practice, or have similar experience?

Ruining the trim of the LTZ package is part of the recall!? What happens if I have a problem with an interior light, do they rip out the headliner? If the passenger air bag has a recall do they throw the dash away? Ruining the trim on a $43,000 vehicle doesn't seem like a repair........

your right, removing the seat belt rubber sleeve ruined the interior.
