I'm 6'4" with the full, 60/40 split second row and have used all 8 seats. I can say I comfortably sit in the 3rd row without my knees touching the row in front of me.

Also, I tinted the front windows to make it look cooler. I don't think its a soccer mom suv at all. That's the Dodge Durango! Black would be cool, but I have the Gold Mist and the dark tint windows is pretty sweet.

 

i to am 6'4" and need to ask where did you set in the back? i could not get in a comfier setting position. well not for a long drive around town i would be OK but over ten minutes and no way ill ride back there!
i looked at all the other review on the traverse all seem to have the issue with its mileage not quite what it says it should get. i have to say i to am only getting 13/14 MPG but i do tend to get on it when i jump on the freeways. i hate getting on doing 50 when traffic is at 70! and hope this will get better as it brakes in! but to the OP thanks for the review!
