Default 07 Uplander ABS wiring question

I am replacing the ABS wiring front Left and right to new hubs. does it matter how the wires are connected as I do not see a colour code?

if the abs system is passive the wires can go either way. if the system is an active sensor system one wire will have battery voltage with the key in run....these wss must be put in the correct pin position.

How do I know if the 2007 Chev Uplander LS has as active or passive sensor system? The Hub assemblies have the speed sensors built directly into the hub with a two wire pig tail.
I was at the local bone yard and picked up a pair of good wire leads from a Montana / Uplander series van which I will splice in.
The previous owner had someone repair the connector on one side and on the other side, splice in a 2 ' length of wire that was connected behind the wheel well liner. Their Passenger side wire leads were black and white wire soldered directly into the PS hub assembly.
THe ABS codes were:
C0037
C0036
C0035
C0040
C0220

Thank you!

After replacing the control arm, hub assembly brake assembly I checked the values of the dark and light wires from both sides.
With the ignition in the run position, dark wires both had similar values of about 4.5 vdc
lighter wires both had similar values of about 1.5 - 2 VDC

It looked like previous tech had spliced in wire harness from the wheel well leading directly to the old hub assembly without the pig tail connector.
I am hoping that this will restore the ABS circuit.
