07 Uplander won't start with key

07 Uplander won't start with key
So this has been going on now for 3 days. The key is not starting the van, if I turn it on and off a bunch it might start it but for the most it don't. But it starts perfectly fine with the remote start hasnt given any issues with that. I'm not getting any security messages on the screen so I'm not to sure what the problem is. Has no DTC codes or anything. All i can think of is the ignition switch has gone bad, and from the service records it is original.

Update: I pulled out all the relays mixed them up and put them all back in key is now working but I have no sound from my speakers, no chime or anything. I do get distorted sound from the over head and head phones plugged in. All accessories are working fine but the chime and radio. Backup cam and mirror power come from reverse lights and empty spot on fuse box with 12v+ always on.
