So we had to replace our fuel pump, and now the van won't start, but honk when my husband turns the key, all lights work, locks work, radio plays, jumped it once horn honked, turned over ran for a moment then Shuthe off. Blah. I'm over it. Anyone wanna help?

 

Does it have a security, anti theft system?

 

yes we think it does. There's no fob or anything. So we have never understood how it worked.

 

My experience with this was once on a Saturn, did the same thing with security system, it was a low battery. Sounds like it is a security issue. I cannot help you with any further, sorry.
