2005 Air Conditioner & Rear Brakes Proportioning Problem & Code
Hey guys new here so go easy! 
I have a 2005 Uplander that the Air Conditioning doesn't work but seems that it hasn't lost any refrigerant. Any suggestions on what I can do or look for to get it going again?
I am also getting a Rear Brake Proportionining Code that I am not familiar with, any suggestion on that too would be greatly appreciated!

What are the symptoms of the A/C fault? What do you mean "seems like" there is refrigerant? Does the fan blow? Does the compressor turn?
What code are you getting? You don't give us numbers ... Who read the code?
