Default Aftermarket Alarm & Remote Start

Hello all.
I recently installed a Viper 5704 alarm on my work van.
It is a 2008 Chevy Uplander commercial.
The alarm is wired in and functional. I am using a DB-ALL to interface with the vehicle's data bus and BCM to control the door locks, driver's door trigger (apparently the other doors aren't monitored through this interface-I'm going to add pin switches), park light flash, dome on and off, etc.

The only issue I am having is remote start. I do not think the remote start is enabled in the BCM as the remote fob does not have the button. Also shorting the contact on the remote PCB where the remote start button does nothing at all.

The Viper alarm unit has a full remote start harness. How would I go about hooking this up to the van? The DB-ALL takes care of the transponder key.
Unless I can find a Tech II and enable remote start? Would the DB-ALL then be able to handle that command as well?

Thank you.
