Hi there, I've been so busy this year I haven't had time to do much else to the uplander. I do have standard height springs and upgraded shocks on the rear though which dropped the rear 1/2" and the Gabriel ultra rear shocks are the firmest I've found, having used them on a previous minivan for years.
Definitely no bounce and they might even be too firm for some.
I researched part numbers for various uplanders until I found moog's rear coil spring database. Then I found that the cargo spring is .5" taller with a higher load capacity than the spring they make for the standard passenger van. So I bought the standard van spec moog rear springs from Amazon and installed the stiffest shocks i knew of. It rides firm, although I still plan to upgrade the bushings to polys. I believe the moog part numbers are cc693 and cc695 though I'll have to confirm which is which, can't remember off hand.

thanks, good info. i really started reading a bit more since you posted the moog part numbers.. i assumed the acdelcos were oem but now that i am examining closer i noticed they describe them as 'aftermarket' in some descriptions...

rock auto had the best info, i couldnt ever find the cc693, it never pulls up for 07 uplanders. cc693 is the lower spring with less weight capacity

delco:

moog cc695 (probably the same as the delco above):

moog cc693:

i got the delcos cheap and they appear to be the ones i was shooting for anyways. the more weight carrying the better for my uses

thanks
