On my Uplander 2007 the gold part of the emblem fell off. I have a new complete Chevy emblem replacement. My question, how to get the remaining part of the emblem of the vehicle. It is 2 sided tape, but do not know how to remove it without damage. Anybody know.

 

Just gently pry and pull. I watched the mechanic change both of mine on my '07 Uplander.

 

If you can't just pull it off try using light fishing line to get behind the emblem - use a sawing motion. You can also use this technique to get the 2 sided tape off of the body if there's still some stuck to it after you get the emblem off.

you can also use a heat gun.use low heat setting and it will lift off.
