While driving last night all of the gauges,radio,turn signals,onstar connection went out. I made it to my house now the van will not start. I've checked the fuses none are blown. The headlights come on, horn blows brake lights work,turn the ignition switch nothing. While I was driving my wife saw a flash of light in the radio panel. Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?

have the generator voltage regulator gm part number 25854910 just had mine replaced on 2006 lt still under warranty lights were flickering
