front bumper screw threads

Screw in front bumper 2006 got pulled out and now cannot get another in due to no threads. Is this just an insert? How to fix since you cannot get to the backside? any suggestions would be great thx

Not sure exactly what screw your talking about but the usual method for stripped threads is to drill and re-tap one size larger or install a helicoil.
