My instrument panel says all doors are open, emergency brake light is on, left turn signal stays on,wipers stay on,wiper washer motor runs,high beams stay on and flicker, I have a "ding,ding,ding sound all the time, have to turn headlights to on position to get them to stop flickering,but the high beams still stay on. What in the world is going on?
