Default oil life 10% left
Chev 2015 Equinox states oil life 10% need to wait how may mile can I drive with this amount

Depends a lot on the driving conditions. I would never wait for it to say 0 oil life left. I always change my oil and filter at 4,000 miles. And I never have any problems with the engine.
