Optical Error when loading a DVD
Hi there, I have a 2014 Tahoe with an in dash DVD stereo, drop down screen in back for kids. When I load the disc in (movie), it spins trying to load the disc, then after a few mins "Optical error" appears and the disc is ejected. I have also noticed on occasions without a disc in the system spins looking for a disc. Ideas on how to fix this?
