does anyone have any info on the TSB - 00-00-89-027H JUL 14 Interior - Eliminating Unwanted Odors ? ive searched and just cant find anything on it. I have a 2007 uplander. thank you

it is a tsb on the use of a GM Vehicle Care Odor Eliminator.
what is the problem?

bad odor. no matter what I do, how much I clean carpet, what type air freshener I use, the musty, stale, old smell wont go away. 2007 uplander with 85k miles

from the a/c system or just the entire vehicle? musty, stagnate water smell?
