Power steering hose replacement

A local garage replaced a rusty leaking (low pressure) power steering hose yesterday and we're having a hard time getting all the air out of the system.
Is there a "trick" to getting the system BURPED completely so it quits spitting up in the engine compartment ??

The only thing I have ever done is to turn the steering wheel all the way to one side and then all the way to the other side. This always takes care of it. You might have to do it 2 times.

+1 for this reply - took me 3 or 4 times of back and forth till it was burped...
