Default rear right turn signal / brake light always on, even when car is off

I have a 2008 uplander, I have full permanent Voltage coming out of the bcm on the pin leading to right rear turn signal / brake light and same trailer wire.
It's the dark green wire. It shows full voltage even when the car is turned off.

Is the bcm shorted / needs replacement?

find the brake pedal position switch on the brake pedal...unplug the connector...if the brake lights go off...try a new switch.

maybe the bcm is bad or maybe the wire is shorted to voltage.
the bcm will have full diagnostics for that circuit...have the bcm checked for fault codes. a full function scan tool that can access body codes is required...code reader won't do it.
