roaring noise front passenger side?
I just bought a 2006 Chevy Highlander with 189,000 miles, the owner didn't want to deal with fixin it so he priced it to me for enough to make a down payment on another vehicle, I paid $800 for it. The inside and out look like new and motor purrs like a kitten. However the problem with it is a roaring sound at the passenger front wheel, I am thinking bearing but wonder if it could be an axle issue as well. Thanks for any help that might be other stuff too, plans are to take wheel off Friday and give ita check and I would appreciate on what to look for. Thanks

bearings or irregular tire wear pattern. if you sway the vehicle at highway speed and the noise changes...its bearing. If the noise is unchanged its tires or a really bad bearing. Inspect the tires for feather edge wear
