08 uplander having starting problems, turn the key on and all power comes on. and when turning it to the crank position everything shuts off. can also here the starter turning on and also hear the relay on the fuse box. and then a couple times had to jiggle the key and ram it in and out of the iginition a good amount of times and ended up stating
