I am putting in a new front end on my wife's 2006 Uplander. I finally got the control arm off but it wasn't easy. One bolt is normal with a head for a socket but the other is some type of torx. I had to grind on the old control arm and use vise grips to hold it to finally get it loose and remove it. I do not want to grind on the new arm, so I need the size of the torx. No local shop have any torx that size as it is large. They also have no idea what size it would be. I will order one as soon as I know. Or I may order a regular bolt but I would like to put everything back as it came off. Thanks for any help.
