get a pin out diagram and backprobe the connector at the rear of the ubec (fuse box) for the fuse in question. If you have power in at the wire and nothing at the fuse pins...the underhood bused electric center is nfg

Let me know if you find any clues. It been poking and prodding at everything I could get my hands on. Dash was even out for a couple days to replace the single ground wire(took about 10 minutes to run) but decided to check everything else while everything was in the open.

Sorry, I get very busy at home on the weekends.
Next I guess would be to verify the BCM, TDM and PCM are actually all getting power. I'll try to see if I can figure out what wires to check tomorrow, I've been in electronics for 35 years and have no problems with real schematics but automotive wiring diagrams are a different story. In the meantime you may want to see if google will show you the locations of the modules and maybe has the connector pinouts.

With key in ON position check for 12V on PCM at:
C1 pin 19 [pink] and pin 20 [orange]
C2 pin 5 [brown/white], pin 23 [purple] and pin 24 [pink]
Ground should be on C1 pins 16, 56, 57 & 60 [all black/white]
If power is on all the pins above check for 5V coming out of the PCM at:
C1 pin 10 [gray]
C2 pins 30, 33 & 34 [all gray]
Grounds should be on C1 pin 12 [tan], C1 pin 13 [orange/black] and C1 pins 17, 29 31, 61 & 80 [all black] and C2 pin 10 [purple] and C2 pins 35 & 80 [both black]
And I forgot to write down which pin went to the DLC...
I haven't bought a Chilton's manual since I bought a '92 Camaro in 1992, so I don't remember how detailed those are but they are only like $20. I have a set (2 FAT books) of the actual GM repair manuals I found on fleabay for about $50, they mention using a Tech2 and TIS a lot so you can't do all the diagnostics exactly as they are written but still great manuals.
