I searched this forum and the net, couldn't find the exact part I'm looking for. The problem is that the part number on the actuator is erased so I don't know what part to search for.

I am looking for the blend door actuator for the rear on a dual zone model 2002 Venture. I found a lot of "blend door actuators" online, but I want to make sure it's the right one. None were from the rear specifically. All I need is a GM item #.
