Looking for recommendations on what weight is being put into the rear Differential and Transfer Case..

Transfer cases USED to use the same fluid as the axles, but that is no longer the case. Most use ATF III, or better a Synchomesh fluid, which is what I use in my 98 K-1500..Its full-synthetic fluid, unlike many brands of ATF fluid.,

As for your axle oil, I would go with a 75-90 weight oil, assuming that your vehicle calls for a traditional gear oil for the axles.
