After reinstalling the plenum and etc after correcting a heater hose leak, I have a surging at idle condition. I replaced the fuel filter and drove the vehicle around and I cannot get this resolved. I feel if I could just increase the idle speed just a hair it would dissipate, but the idle speed is set by the icm. Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thank You.

I ran into this before and it was the TPS throught position sensor @ $24 and a Allen wrench should fix it. Also a weak ignition coil will cause the engine to try to compensate. Pull plugs to see if one or more plugs are not burning right. Then trace that plug wire to the pack to replace.
