Default Advice for spark plug and wire removal?

I have a 2000 venture that has 150k and never been tuned up. It seems to be time to do a tune up, but the dealer wants 700$ for it. OUCH. I looked at changing the plugs and wires myself but rolling the engine over scares me. Any suggestions?

Change one plug and wire at a time so that you dont get them mixed up and go with ac delco parts. I have heard some people say that they went with a different brand and it ran like crap.
