Heat Dial Malfuction - 2003 Chevy Mini van

They heating dial has 5 settings and we have lost 1 thru 4 and now only have the #5 mode. What is the issue?

Will come to a chevy. You are referring to the blower. First check the Power conector going to the blower. You can buy a new harness conector most likly it is burnt up. Change them all the time on silverados for @$25
