2001 Venture 110K. First time this year to use the AC after long winter and nothing but warm air.. Found the dreaded leak at the corner of the condenser so figured I'd buy a new one, put it in and then take it to a shop for evacuating and charging.
I go online and discover everyone and their grandmother is selling 'replacement' condensers right now. I figure some if not most of them are Chinese knock-offs and my natural inclination is to suspect their quality. Can anyone recommend a reliable online source of a quality replacement condenser for a reasonable price? Dealer price is about $350 and online average is $100/$150 but all ads are the same with no details.
I don't know if we're allowed to name names here but any personal experiences or hints anyone would like to share would be greatly appreciated.
