I have a 2005 Venture LS, that has developed a leak at the point where the filler tube joins the tank. It only leaks during fueling. No fuel leaks while the van is sitting still (not being fueled that is). This seems to have been a problem on some 2003 models also. Tried using an epoxy made for gas tank repairs, and this worked for a few weeks, but started leaking again yesterday. GM says that this is not a defect, and there is not a recall. Has anyone on this forum had this problem?

Chevy Service Bulletin 07203 authorizes free replacement of the fuel tank for 2002 - 2005 Ventures with a fuel leak where the filler enters the tank.

The coverage may be denied since you made a repair already.
