2000 chevy venture van leaking water while I was filling the radiator. This car is my daughters and I was trying to help her figure out what was wrong with it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi !
Most likely you have Coolant is leaking from the lower of the intake manifold gasket

 

Freeze plugs, there is one in the back of the engine. They corrode.
