I'm considering the purchase of a 2001 Venture with a few issues. One of them is the low beams don't work one.

The owner tells me that both quit working at the same time. I'd like to check the combo switch plug for voltage and ground, but I don't have a diagram. Anyone?

Also other ideas?

 

Rule 1 - It's usually the simple things.

Test (or replace) both bulbs before you replace any switches.

 

Hehe, that was it. The headlight lenses were fogged so badly he probably didn't realize he had a low beam out until the second one went.
