Default Surgeing while under load...

Another problem I'm having is this surging on my 01 venture, 150K miles, does not burn or use any oil. Overall it idles and runs fine. Mileage is also fine. 22mpg average and 26-27 hiway. But I'm now getting surging when it drops into OD mainly when I'm using the pedal. I don't notice it on cruise but it kicks down I think before the surging. I don't notice any vacuum leaks, new air filter, new fuel filter in 2011. It's very annoying. TIA

how are the spark plugs, coil packs? have the fuel pressure checked to make sure it's up to spec. if i recall it should be around 45psi, but definetely find the correct spec.

i had a problem before with fuel pump where i had code p0171 on my obdii scanner , and the correct psi for that should be around 55psi and mine was 26psi only , it could be iac " idle air control valve " , and if you decide to replace that just make sure to clean inside the throttle body , its a "do it your self thing" , good luck
