Default What is this cable and where does it go?

I did some work on my Pontiac Montana (Venture) and disconnected the neg cable from the battery as a safety precaution.

After I put the fuse box back in place, I noticed an electronic component hanging by a cable near the battery. It has a metal mounting bracket and a black plastic fastener.

It must've broken lose when I was removing the fuse box. I looked all around, but couldn't locate a hole where the fastener would go.

Any ideas what it is or where it goes? I posted photos of it, circled in red
Thanks!

looks to be a relay of some sort.
Since it has the plastic quick connector on it you can pretty much place it in any open hole around the area it came from... it may have been attached to the bottom of the fuse box...

Hi!
Very similar to the air pump relay
The relay is located under the right wing
