Hallo!

I have 2004 Venture and my wiper blades are not going to their far upper position - they are moving up some 3/4 - 4/5 of the full span and then back to the park position.

What could be the cause and what's the solution?

Try inspecting the mechanism on top of the wiper motor. If there is nothing obviously broken or wrong with it. Clean and lube it, and reinstall. The timing instructions are a few posts down from this one........
