I recently purchased a new stereo for my Venture ('04), and when I pulled the factory cd/radio player out, it had two wiring connectors for it. One bigger one, like I've seen before, but also, a smaller black one, with 3 wires: green, black, and black/white.

What is that smaller one for? I can't seem to find an aftermarket harness that has connectors for both. Can these wires simply be hard-wired?
