please help identify this panel

Description:
I thought I was buying an OEM green rear deck filler panel for my 1969 chevelle. I bought it in the US, shipped it across the US and then to Australia. Six months later I un boxed this!!!! Not even close to 1969 chevelle much bigger but probably GM There is some rust pitting but the panel is as good as you would hope for the age and would easily weld in. If I could identify this panel I would try to find a home for it.
