I am a 16 year old guy from Small Town Youngsville PA, an have been Restoring my Favorite Pickup, the 84 k10 silverado :) in my gravel driveway and at the Warren County Career Center in my Auto Collision Course with the help of fellow Classmates an My Istructor Mr.Smith. When i First bought my pickup it had old paint, an after market fenders with a cheap shipping primer that had already started to have surface rust, so i had decided that i should repaint the whole truck. I have started to reprimer the truck ( So far Hood, both front fenders, both doors, roof, tailgat, cowl panel and the lower curtain panel ) with CRE-21xx Red tinted primer which is apparently used on Oil Rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. i plan on repainting my truck in Spies Hecker PQ Race Red. I saw it in a Truckin' magazine an knew right off the bat that it was the color :)
