Mooing sound in Venture

Mooing sound in Venture
My Venture has this occasional mooing sound that I hear coming from the rear side of the van. It often emanates during and after braking.... running on low speed.
Does anyone know what this is? Im thinking it may be the brake system self adjusting the pressure, but i could be wrong.
