Default Engine won't crank

I have a 2000 Impala with a 3.4 engine. I mistakenly removed the fuse labeled ABS/PCM while the engine was running. The engine instantly stopped running. I reinserted the fuse and the engine would not start. When I turn the key, nothing happens, the engine does not crank. I connected an OBD 2 code reader to the DLC and a DTC PO301 displayed ( cylinder 1 misfire detected ). I disconnected the battery for 45 minutes, checked the fuse I removed, reconnected the fuse and battery and still no crank. The DTC PO301 cleared, most likely because of the disconnected battery. Did me removing the ABS/PCM fuse effect the computer somehow? I could use some advice on how to go about getting my vehicle running again.

Shift lever will keep it from starting, try starting in neutral.
Check these fuses:
PCM (Under the Hood)
PCM (CRANK) (LH I/P) (Left Hand Instrument Panel)
PCM,BCM/CLSTR (LH I/P)
CLSTR/BCM (LH I/P)
STOP (LH I/P)
Check for power to the ABS/PCM fuse when the key is turned to RUN
Check for power to the PCM(CRANK) fuse when the key is turned to START

Are you getting messages on the drivers information display?
When you turn the key to RUN, does the I/P go through its self test? (warning lights, gauges resetting)

Not sure what I/P stands for (instrument panel ) ( inside panel ) ( punch it ) oh that's P/I.
I will try your recommendation and then respond with my findings.

Whew, I was afraid the PCM got fried. Glad it was just a fuse.
