Post 1995 Chevy 1500 Vibration at 40 mph

My 1995 Chevy 1500 (4.3L) starts vibrating at about 40 mph and I'm running out of ideas for the cause. The vibration occurs whether I'm braking or not braking. The vibration feels to be coming from the front of the truck. I have replaced or had the following done:
-4 new tires (weighted and balanced)
-Alignment
-New tie rod ends
-New pitman arm
-New idler arm
-New wheel bearings
-New brake calipers and brake lines

I also took the truck to a local mechanic and he checked everything that has been replaced and couldn't figure it out. I suggested that maybe the ball joints could be the cause (they are original with 220,000+ miles on the truck) and after he checked them, he said that they were good. Please help...

Did they check the "U" joints......Might feel like its coming from the front, but vibrations can be deceiving

U joints haven't been checked. Thanks for the reply. I'll be sure and check.

Not knowing the frequency of the vibration. Could it be a tire issue (road force)? Do you feel it in the steering wheel (front end) or the seat (rear) ? Is it a shimmy or a vibration? Could it be duplicated on the lift? Hope this helps isolate your concern.

Could also be drive shaft balance issue. Just a couple of thoughts.
