I have a 2003 2500hd with a 2" lift and the biggest I can run is 33 and that's tight for me, I would say 33"

I wouldn't do the 3.5". They give you bad angles and you'll be replacing ball joints and tie rods like crazy. Seen it on a few trucks. You can do a 2.5" levelin kit an 1.25" body lift and put 33x12.5x20
