Default Warning volume, can it be reduced?

The ding ding ding warning when you leave the keys in the ingnition on my 2014 Silverado is so loud, it actually hurts my ears. Is there any way to reduce the volume of the warning?

Hey there,

After looking in your owner manual in section 5-45 under Vehicle Personalization, you can adjust the volume of the warning chimes under the Comfort and Convenience section of the personalization. You can turn your volume **** to lower this volume. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you Patsy, I looked at the owners manual, so did my wife, can't wait to change that noise.

Patsy, I changed the volume as low as I could, much better. Thanks again for your help. I guess if I played around with the menu a bit more, I may have found it. This truck seems pretty complicated, and it is a work truck, not the LT.

I am glad to see I am not the only one that though the chime was loud!
I had a 2014 Silverado rental and the sound comes right out of the drivers side dash speaker
