Please help! 96 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado starting issues
1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado v-8 5.6L vortech engine

Hello I just bought this truck. When I bought it I had both catalytic converters replaced because one was completely missing and the other was pretty torn up. My O2 censors were un plugged and ruined so I replaced those. It ran a little better but it still feels like its lagging. When I step on the gas it takes it a few seconds to actually go and it jerks. When i first start it it will start up putter and die. Even when I rev it doesn't even rev! After a few trys it finally starts but still does the lagging. But its just not morning cold starts. Anytime I start it it does that. I'm about to have to drive this thing 1000 miles on saturday and I need to figure out what's going on just so I can have it running as best as It can.
