Default 2006 Tahoe ABS problem???

I have a 2006 Tahoe and upon acceleration I hear a slight rattle/grinding noise coming from under the dash or under the driver's side seat. I only hear it for a split second and then it goes away. When I hear this noise, the headlights dim for a split second as well. It also feels as if the vehicle hesitates for a second like the brakes are being applied. It seems to me that it could be something to do with an ABS sensor.

I just bought this vehicle from a mechanic. Before he sold it, he ran a vehicle record report and in the "history" codes is shows the following codes:

C0201-ABS relay circuit/open or short master cylinder pressure sensor
C0110-Pump motor or circuit fault

Could this have something to do with what I am hearing and what exactly could it be? Is it an expensive repair?

I also experienced that the rear heat in the vehicle works intermittently. This scan also showed a "current" code (B0229-Recirc position feedback circuit range/performance). Could this code have anything to do with that since is has to do with HVAC?

Thanks for any help!

My 2006 Suburban is doing the same thing only I have no codes at all. I am going to clean the abs sensors and the mounting surfaces tonight. I will let you know if this works or not.

Ok... I cleaned all of the sensor mounting surfaces and applied no ox oxidation inhibitor to the surface and the problem is gone... Hope this helps
