Default rough idle and drive on a 2003

From the moment I turn the car on I feel the engine jump every couple of seconds. Doesn't matter if its in park, going forward or reverse. The AC AC being on or off has no effect either. This problem occured after replacing spark plugs, oil filter, coil pack, and a few vacuum hoses. OBD2 keeps giving me a '0''0' read out, so im stumped. Any ideas?

Also: possoble gaping or spacing on spark plugs has been checked and is all good.

If it didn't do this before, I'd suggest checking for correct plug wire to plug installation And could be bad plug wires

No wires on a I6 Trailblazer, coil packs only.

Clean the throttle body, disconnect battery first. then see if any SES codes show up.
