Default Trailblazer D to a Roll on the Highway. HELP!

This is my first post and I have attempted to look for similar posts but non of which were exactly like mine.

I was on the Highway driving and my truck went from D to a roll with no sound. I just heard the RPMs Rev-ing up, I pulled over put it in Reverse and back into drive and i was fine again. This occasionally happens, so I have to dive in A4WD to avoid from a rolling stop. But as long as I drive it in R for 5-10 feet, its fine for a while.

There are no sounds, no issues with shifting (knock on wood) and fluids are topped off, it has 148,000 on it.

Could it be TCCM? I don't want to spend the $200+ if its not going to fix the problem.

Absolutely no check engine light.

I have no clue what it could be. Any help would be great. I can't imagine it being the transmission because theres not skip in gear change, just drops out.
