Default I have a 2008 Chevy Uplander or sim 3.9 v6engine help needed

I have a 2008 Chevy Uplander and it recently had a coolant leak at the heater pipe off the water pump, at the same time or very close to I noticed my coolant radiator fans not working.....I have since replaced the pipe and checked for burnt fuses (there are none) replaced relays to the fans (1, 2, and 3)....and still no power to the fans via the harness when the engine temp is half way between hot and cold....I looked for any in line fuses but do not see any dont know if it is normal to have inline fuses located here. This all done while the a/c was on full blast max air.
