horn fuse replacement

horn fuse replacement
The horn stopped working on our 2002 Venture a while back after my wife kept repeatedly blowing the horn when she was in a celebratory mood (and no it had nothing to do with getting rid of me). At any rate I need to have it working again (daughter's drivers test coming up).
So I see there is a fuse or relay? under the hood.
My plan is to replace it and see if that is the fix but my initial attempt to wiggle it free didn't seem to work.
So my question is to replace the fuse I just wiggle it out with more force than I was using I guess?

RE: horn fuse replacement
Maybe I should start a new thread but, well, I'm not.
Don't think it's the fuse as I ended up swapping it with the A/C one which matched size and no difference plus A/C still works.
So my next question is where is the horn? I was going to do as a guy suggested and run a wire from the + terminal to see if it worked that way.
